Documenting my garden - Part 1

It started with night time film photography in my garden, experiments with color lighting and thoughts about the impact of science fiction on reality. The overarching theme of this project will be:

Would creating more “Utopias” in our media help the future?

Then decided I wanted to play around with more intention in composition. The film photos are not developed yet, but from my phone:

Film photo results from “studio shoot”

I’m not happy with them yet, but I thought it would be fun to see what Midjourney can do with them.
I uploaded this photo I took and asked Midjourney to describe it:

It came up with four descriptions, the most successful one (for my taste)

“red flower in a water with leaves, in the style of graflex speed graphic, ernesto neto, dark azure and yellow, made of insects, 32k uhd, leonora carrington, marguerite blasingame“

After many rolls, i love the marble stigma and the waxy texture of the petals, i really dont like the water on the base, it looks like a water commercial:

Then I asked it to describe this edited Fuji Film 200 photo:

and got some beautiful but kinda boring results:

I decided I wanted to add some space ships flying around this environment, I wanted to use /blend to combine this image and an image of spaceships but first i needed to create the spaceship image. In the end:

And we started getting some interesting results:

As I started my Ceramics class at the nearby studio, this slowly became a ceramics project. I discovered *IKEBANA* and decided I wanted to design a vase for each kind of flower I have in my garden.
